Service Description

By providing your phone number to Gridget (a service of The Widget Bot LLC) and opting in to SMS, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages related to your orders. These messages are limited to order status updates and pickup notifications.

Types of Messages

You may receive messages such as:

• Order confirmation notifications
• Order ready for pickup alerts
• Order completion notifications

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Typically, you will receive 1-3 messages per order. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Widget Bot LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider and we cannot guarantee message delivery.

Our SMS service is compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

Privacy
